Description
Vitamin AD3E is a combined injectable preparation containing Vitamins A, D3, and E. It is used for the prevention and treatment of vitamin deficiencies, improvement of the general condition of animals, support of fertility, and maintenance of normal skeletal development.
Composition
Each 1 ml contains:
Vitamin A – 30,000 IU
Vitamin D3 – 40,000 IU
Vitamin E – 20 mg
Pharmacological Properties
Vitamin A promotes growth, supports the normal function of epithelial tissues, conjunctiva, and cornea. It participates in rhodopsin synthesis, improves vision, and increases the body's resistance to infections.
Vitamin D3 regulates calcium and phosphorus metabolism, promotes proper development of bones and teeth, supports calcium absorption, and maintains normal blood calcium levels.
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects cell membranes, supports normal reproductive function, enhances immune response, and increases resistance to stress.
Target Species
Cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, goats, calves, foals, lambs, kids, piglets, rabbits, and young rabbits.
Indications for Use
The product is used for:
Prevention and treatment of vitamin deficiencies;
Increasing resistance to microbial and parasitic diseases;
Correction of metabolic disorders;
Treatment of fertility problems;
Improvement of reproductive performance in male and female animals;
Conditions associated with calcium deficiency;
Prevention of complications before and after parturition;
Improvement of the general condition, vitality, and endurance of animals.
Dosage and Administration
Administration route: Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.

For prevention: once every 2–3 weeks.
For treatment: once every 7–10 days.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients.
Adverse Reactions
No adverse reactions have been observed when used according to the recommended dosage.
Special Warnings
High doses of Vitamin E may reduce the effectiveness of iron deficiency anemia treatments.

Keep out of reach of children.
Pregnancy and Lactation
In rare cases, Vitamin E may cause allergic reactions, including abortion or premature birth. Immediate veterinary intervention is recommended if such reactions occur.
Interactions with Other Medicinal Products
Vitamin E and selenium have a synergistic effect.
Liquid paraffin and neomycin reduce the absorption of Vitamins A, D, and E.
Aluminum hydroxide may reduce Vitamin A absorption.
High doses of Vitamin A may decrease the anti-inflammatory effect of glucocorticoids.
Phenobarbital and enzyme inducers accelerate Vitamin D metabolism.
Overdose
No specific treatment is required in case of overdose.
Withdrawal Period
None.
Storage Conditions
Store in the original tightly closed container.
Protect from direct sunlight.
Store below 30°C.
Keep out of reach of children.
Shelf life: 3 years.
Presentation
100 ml injectable solution in a dark glass vial sealed with a rubber stopper, aluminum cap, and tamper-evident plastic cover. Packed in a cardboard box.
