Composition
Active ingredient: Ivermectin 10 mg/ml.
Indications
This product is intended for the treatment of internal and external parasites in pigs and cattle.
In sows, it is recommended to administer the product 7–14 days before farrowing to prevent Strongyloides ransomi infection in piglets via milk.
In cattle, it is effective against:
Gastrointestinal roundworms:
Ostertagia ostertagia, Ostertagia lyrata, Cooperia oncophora, Cooperia pectinata, Cooperia punctata, Haemonchus placei, Trichostrongylus axei, Trichostrongylus colubriformis, Bunostomum phlebotomum, Oesophagostomum radiatum, Strongyloides papillosus, Nematodirus helvetianus, Nematodirus spathiger, Trichuris spp.
Lungworms: Dictyocaulus viviparus
Eye worms: Thelazia spp.
Warble flies: Hypoderma bovis and H. lineatum (all parasitic stages)
Mites: Psoroptes bovis, Sarcoptes scabiei var. bovis
Lice: Linognatus vituli, Haematopinus eurysternus, Solenopotes capillatus
May also reduce lice (Damalina bovis) and mites (Chorioptes bovis), but complete elimination may not occur.
Contraindications
Do not administer intramuscularly or intravenously.
Not for use in other animal species. Fatal intolerance has been reported in dogs (especially Collies, Old English Sheepdogs, and related breeds or crosses), and turtles.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to ivermectin or any excipient.
Adverse Reactions
Temporary swelling at the injection site may occur in rare cases.
If any adverse reaction or unexpected symptoms occur, contact a veterinarian or competent authority immediately.

Dosage and Administration
Administer subcutaneously under aseptic conditions:
Pigs: 1 ml per 33 kg of body weight (0.3 mg ivermectin/kg BW) – inject in the neck.
Cattle: 1 ml per 50 kg of body weight (0.2 mg ivermectin/kg BW) – inject under the loose skin in the shoulder area.
Ensure accurate dosing by precisely weighing animals and using calibrated dosing equipment.
Recommendations for Proper Use
Subcutaneous use only. Maintain aseptic conditions. Use accurate body weight measurements and appropriate dosing devices.
Withdrawal Periods
Cattle meat: 49 days
Pig meat: 28 days
Do not use in lactating dairy cows producing milk for human consumption.
Do not use in dry cows within 60 days before calving.
Storage
Keep out of reach of children.
Store below 25°C. Do not freeze. Keep in original packaging protected from light.
Use within 28 days after first opening.
Special Warnings
Avoid overuse of antiparasitic drugs to prevent resistance.
Avoid underdosing due to inaccurate weight estimation or poor administration techniques.
If resistance is suspected, perform appropriate tests (e.g., Fecal Egg Count Reduction Test). Use different drug classes if needed.
For preventing adverse reactions related to warble larvae, use during winter.
For handlers: Do not eat, drink, or smoke while administering. Wash hands after use. Avoid self-injection; local irritation may occur.
Pregnancy and Lactation
Safe for use in pregnant and lactating cows if milk is not for human consumption. Approved for use in pregnant sows.
Overdose
Pigs: 100× therapeutic dose (30 mg/kg) caused symptoms like pupil dilation, seizures, and respiratory issues.
Cattle: 20× dose (4 mg/kg) caused ataxia and depression.
Incompatibility
Do not mix with other veterinary drugs due to lack of compatibility studies.
Environmental Warning
Very toxic to aquatic life. Do not contaminate water bodies or drains.
Dispose of unused product or waste safely. Consult a veterinarian for proper disposal.
